Responding to Press / Analysts
Hard rule
Forward all press, journalist, and analyst inquiries to Priya Shah (priya@northwind.com) or ceo@northwind.com.
This includes:
- Press inquiries via email
- Journalist DMs on LinkedIn or X
- Analyst inquiries (Forrester, G2, Gartner, etc.)
Do not
- Reply directly, even with "no comment".
- Forward the inquiry to the journalist saying "talk to Priya" — let Priya reach out.
Why
Centralized comms ensures we don't accidentally leak material info pre-announcement, and that our messaging is consistent.
