TICK-4602: Globex — SSO config not working
Customer: Globex (Growth tier, Tom Reilly owns) Status: Resolved — config issue on customer side
Globex's IT configured the SAML response without the NameID format we require (urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress).
Sent them the config guide link, walked through Okta setup on a 30-min call. SSO working as of 1pm.
